We will meet OUTSIDE at 7:45pm. Coach Barb will escort the girls to the side area for warm up all together. Please do not enter the gym without Coach Barb or before 7:45pm to avoid disturbing the Classes or Members.
Please bring the following:
Stretching Mat, Water bottle, sweat towel (optional). Must wear closed toed shoes and appropriate workout attire.
