Please meet at the William Wollett Aquatics complex at 7:40am.


Please bring snacks on the bus. No Soda, no candy.


Wear your black leggings and team shirt if you have one, and team jacket.


You must have:

Blue team Suit, Black Suit, White Cap, nose clips, bobbypins, hair ties, knox, at lease 2 towels, tennis shoes.


Team moms, if you don't have the routine suits and head pieces, let me know. Also don't forget the make up.

Practice on Sat Feb 7th is normal for Intermediates, 10 U and 12 U. Combo - 9 to 12:30. 13-14 Team - 10am to 2. Practice on Feb 8th is Acro 9 to 12:30. 14-15 team will be from 11 to 2. Make sure

We are scheduled to stop at Blyth for a lunch break for 30 minutes only. It is recommended that swimmers pack their own lunch tomorrow.
