Equipment Reminder For This Season

Hello parents!

As a reminder, if your child was on the 10u team, Pink Panther, or LaLa Land last season (except for Jein), please purchase the following items if your swimmer does not have them already. They need to bring them to every practice starting no later than September 9th:

-yoga mat

-2 yoga blocks

-kick board

-buoy

-paddles like this or this (do not order the ones where the thumb goes into a “pocket.”)

-mesh bag to keep your kick board, buoy, and paddles in

-resistance bands

-loop resistance bands

We will be using the equipment on land and in the water to improve strength, flexibility, and technique starting September 9th.

Write your child’s first name and last initial on everything.

Also, please make sure your child is bringing a water bottle to practice. It is very hot this week.
