Come try the free synchro class for Moms on May 24th. Time is 5:30 to 7:00pm

Please sign up with me. Class is at Woollett during team practice time.

Bring a mat to stretch on.

Class will be taught by Vanessa Liu, our young coach. You will learn stretching techniques, stroke improvement, sculling, figures and a short routine.

You must know how to swim.
