Friday and Sat practice

Friday and Saturday are going to be super hot. Even thought the girls are in the water, they can still get dehydrated. Please make sure your child has water.

In addition I would like a couple volunteers to bring 1 ice chest with Ice, we need someone to bring a variety pack of Gatorade. We need someone to cut up orange slices (you can leave the skin on)

This would be helpful on Saturday as it's going to be awful. I was at the pool today and nearly got Heat exhaustion. I recognized the signs so I got my hair wet, took my shoes off and put my feet in the pool and had some Gatorade. I don't want this to happen to our coaching staff or our swimmers. Let me know if you can help out.
