Just so we are clear, come at 4:00pm with hair up and knoxed and headpiece on if you can if not we can put it on there. Practice will end at 7:00pm

The girls that are going to start at 9:30 can now come at 9:00 as they gave us the pool earlier.

Tonight and Wed and June 19

Tonight 13-14 team will stay until 8:30pm Wed 14-15 team will stay until 8:30. Don't foget we are at Northwood. Also June 19th we were able to get the pool for Youth, 12 &U and Junior/Seniors Practice
