Family and Friends Yoga

Hello Friend,

I am teaching an online Family and Friends Yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ class on Thursday nights at 5:30 p.m. 🕠

Feel free to invite any of your family members, including extended family. 🌳 You can also invite a friend that feels like family!

It is a slow flow…we take our time and you can always modify.  The class is geared toward improving balance, range of motion and core strength.
