Invoices for September and October

Hi MQI Families.

The first invoices of the season went out today. The invoice covers the months of September and October. We typically bill at the beginning of each month. September billing was delayed due to staff changeovers. So, we combined it with October. The invoice also includes a $15 Socal Association fee.
