January 14th LTAD

It's confirmed the new date for LTAD is January 14th. If you have already signed up and you can't make it please let me know.

We will also have practice that day. It is on a Sunday and it's at Woollett.

We are going to start with Level 3 at 9:00am. Then Level 1 and 2 will be done during practice. Level 4 and 5 will probably start at 11:30am so you don't need to come until 11:00 to warm up.

So if you are not in LTAD, Practice from 9 to 11am.

If you are doing LTAD:

Level 3, 1, and 2 come at 9:00am to 11 or until you are finished.

LTAD 4 and 5 come at 11:00 until completed or 2:00pm
