JO Nationals

Hi everyone,

We are so close to leaving for the meet.

Everyone that is going to Virginia will still need to come to practice on Friday.

15-17 team will need to come to practice on Saturday.

Saturday's practice is at Woollett from 9am to 11:30am.


Everyone else, I hope you are enjoying your time off.

If you want to come by and swim on your own we will be at Northwood starting on July 3rd from 5:30 to 7:30. Monday's and Fridays for now but I will add Wed shortly.

US National Team performing today at practice. They will be practicing the entire time, but scheduled time of performance is 11:50, but schedule may go ahead of time. No video allowed of National Team
