Junior Team Tryouts for Meraquas

If you have been swimming for 2 years and are going to be 15-19 in 2025 you can try out for our Junior Team. This will not be like this past season, you will learn the routine and this routine will not be made into a 13-15 team, it will stay a Junior team and at the 2nd part of the season 15-17 age group team.

As mentioned in an memo that was posted this team will be the A team and there must be a commitment as to no vacations for Winter break or Spring Break. I understand if you take a week off at the end of December until Jan 2.

Stephan Merimont, renowned choreographer, will be at William Woollett Aquatics Complex on August 24th to choreograph the team with Hailey and my assistance since we know what hybrids are best for our swimmers. The time is 9am to 3:00pm. You will need to bring lunch.

If you want to try out for this team and are not in town, please notify me as soon as you can.

We are looking to finish this season strong at JO Nationals however, I know everyone likes to plan vacations early so I'm giving you this information now in order for your child to have an opportunity to come and learn the new routine for next season. So mark your calendar for August 24th.
