Junior Trials

We are nearly a month away from Junior Trials. If you are planning on trying out for this team practice it is August 24th 9:00am to 3:00pm.

In the meantime, please stretch your splits and work on your LTAD land level testing.


For Junior trials, 13-15, 12 U some of the things we will be testing on is how well you can count to music, splits, some LTAD items, speed swimming times, being able to make underwaters, spins, and some figures. Juniors will learn their team and all other testing will learn 1 lap of a routine.


Again - main requirement is no vacations after January 1st.
