March Invoice 2025 - Due in 5 Days

Dear Meraqus Parents,

I apologize for the delay in sending out the March invoice. It took time to ensure everything was processed correctly. The invoices include various fees for different swimmers. All swimmers will have Monthly Dues. Additionally, applicable fees are as follows:

- Ltad Fee: $25 per swimmer (covers pool rental and food for assessors).

- Cactus Meet Expenses: These costs include bus rental, bus driver’s tip, hotel accommodations, car rental, and meals for swimmers, chaperones, and coaches.

- West Zone Entry Fees:

  - Per Swimmer Sponsor Fee: $35

  - Per Routine Entry Fee: $10

  - Per Swimmer West Zone Dinner Fee: $33

  - Alternate Fee: $5

- Extra Suit Rental: $30

If you have any questions or notice any errors in your invoice, please let me know before paying it.
