March Invoices

Hi Team -

Thanks for all the coaches and swimmers for working so hard preparing for the upcoming competitions.

As communicated last month, Karine and I will take turn providing monthly invoice updates. Below is a summary for March -

Invoice #1 Regular Invoice for All Swimmers -

1. Monthly swimmer's due

2. Fees for West Zone in March if your swimmer is scheduled to attend:

- Sponsor Fee ($35 per swimmer)

- Routine Entry Fee ($10 per routine)

- Mandatory West Zone Dinner Fee on March 8th ($30 per swimmer)

3. Fees for L.A. Invitational in March if your swimmer is scheduled to attend:

- Sponsor Fee ($25 per swimmer)

- Routine Entry Fee ($5 per routine)

- Figure Fee ($5 per swimmer)

4. Annual team suit rental fee $30 for swimmers with a separate suit for their extra routine this season

5. For Barbie and Swing, your swimmer's share of Cactus snack purchases are included in the invoice. Please consult your team moms for itemized costs. (Note - Meraquas expense policy will be covered in the next parent meeting.)

Invoice #2 Travel Invoice -

$300 for each swimmer on 16-19, 13-15A, 13-15B and 12U Age Group teams: This is the 2nd deposit towards this season's travel meet costs discussed during the February parent meeting.

Note - Additional travel invoices will be billed in the coming months to both age group and intermediate teams.
