Thank you to all that helped out yesterday.

I will have the results after Wed for all swimmers.

Things that everyone needs to work on:

Extension - more stretching at home
Front Pike - girls are over piking
Height - girls need to work on getting higher in their vertical
Splits - girls need flat splits in the water
Fishtail Position - Girls are not vertcal.

We will be focusing on this for the next few weeks. I will try and figure out when I an do another LTAD.

There is no meet at the end of January. Next Competition is Cactus Classic. Do not miss practices.

Tonight and Wed and June 19

Tonight 13-14 team will stay until 8:30pm Wed 14-15 team will stay until 8:30. Don't foget we are at Northwood. Also June 19th we were able to get the pool for Youth, 12 &U and Junior/Seniors Practice
