Orange Blossom

All teams come at 8:00am with hair up and knoxed. If you have the head piece then please make sure it's in.

13-14 team also needs make up on.


Sara and Bella come at 11:30am with hair up and knoxed and headpices in. Stretch and warm up upon arrival then do makeup.


Rest of combo come at 12:45 with hair up knoxed and headpiece on.

Sat 20 and Sunday 21

Happy father's day early. If you have practice on Sunday please celebrate your father on Saturday. We were able to get the pool on Sunday from 11:30-2. Georgia request for the 13-14 girls to come on

 
 
 
Strength Training

Rachel has offered to do a strength training class. This will help with everyone's weak shoulders and knees. This will also help your core. Classes are July 8th - August 12th. Cost is $25 per sessio

 
 
 
Practice Mon Wed

13-14 will stay until 8:30 Monday 14-15 will stay until 8:30 on Wed
