We were able to get more pool time on Sunday so we are hoping the 12 &U team and 13-14 team can come on Sunday. Time 10:45- to 3. Please stretch prior to practice. Sorry for the inconvience and late notice.

Everyone else practice on Saturday normal Time. We are at Northwood both days
