Practice today was a lot of fun. I had fun watching and I hope the girls that came had fun as well.

Reminder, Monday is at Northwood. Next Friday is at Woollett. Sept 1st is a holiday and we are off that day.

I have arranged for a few special guests to come to practice to help out. On Monday's in Sept, we will have Anita Alvarez come to coach and get in the water for a little bit to show us in person how it's done. Still working on our other guest to come on Sat. Stay toon.
