Safe Sport training

Hi everyone,

To be a chaperone or to join the board next year, you will need to take Safe Sport. The website to take the safesport training is:

The course to take is :SafeSport Trained

You will need to create a login id. 

From website:  SafeSport Trained Core Time to Allot: 90 minutes Required

This course provides a broad understanding of core requirements and principles for creating a safe and positive sport environment. You will learn to identify, report, and prevent emotional, physical, and sexual abuse and misconduct in sport.

You do not have to complete it in one sitting, but there is a timeframe in which you need to complete it or you will need to restart it (I don't remember the timeframe).

Regarding the background checks, we will get back to you on that.
