Our coaches created a list of activities that will help athletes get ready for the next season.

  1. Stretching at home or joining classes that emphasize stretching and flexibility

  2. Dance classes - ballet, for example

  3. Summer swim teams, like the Irvine Swim League, that train for speed and stamina

  4. Weight training
