Your swimmer is required to have a Meraquas track jacket. If they don't have one, please place an order here as soon as possible https://mtjfeb2023.itemorder.com/shop/home/

Practice sat

There is practice on Saturday from 9 to 11 at northwood if you want to come. I am looking for 8 people to continue choreography for Acro so I’ll ask for volunteers that day.
