We will start practice at Northwood on June 5th.

June 17th- last day of season practice for those not going to JOs

August either the 19th or the 21st. More info to come.

Practice for July and August is free. You can come while we have our classes going on Monday and Friday from 5:30 to 7:00pm and work out on your own. If there is an extra coach we will have them work with you.

Practice sat

There is practice on Saturday from 9 to 11 at northwood if you want to come. I am looking for 8 people to continue choreography for Acro so I’ll ask for volunteers that day.

Optional Summer Practice

Just a reminder, Practices for summer are Mondays and Fridays 5:30 to 7:00pm Northwood most of the time. If there is a coach willing to stay until 7:30 then you can stay. Also we do have the pool on
