We are not able to get in the pool today until late so I'm not going to use the pool today.

If you want to come stretch or hang out with your friends, know that there is no swimming.

Classes will come as scheduled and we will work on land today.

Don't forget to watch Artistic Swimming at 10:30am today.

Practice on Saturday, Sun Mon 17, 18, 19

Practice on Saturday is a Northwood. Normal for all groups except for Acro Acro will practice on Sunday 9-12 at Northwood. Only Acro group Monday practice is for 13-14 and 14-15 only 9:30am to 12:00
