Update on Deck Meal for October 20th

Hello,


I am coordinating with Jenny, Olivia's mom, for updates on Deck Meal for October 20th. Per her message on my previous post, we have 51 amazing swimmers and coaches to feed. Group 1 - 18 swimmers arriving at 7:30 PM Group 2 - 27 swimmers and 6 coaches arriving at 7:45 PM Right now, we have volunteers for the following (I am using the names as they appear in the chat): 2 x Main Dishes

  1. Couscous with Kebab - Ashley Harter (Hazel's mom)


4 x Side Dishes

  1. HsiaoWen Liu (Sara Chang's mom) - Pasta Salad

2 x Vegetable Plates or Salads

  1. Laura Caploe (Louisa's mom) - Fruit, Crackers, Cheese and a Veggie Tray with Dip

Fresh Fruits

  1. Jenny Gono (Olivia's mom)

Sweet Treats

  1. Jenny Gono (Olivia's mom)

  2. Giselle Tan (Carmina's Mom) - Brownie Bites

Drinks

  1. Rebecca (Reagan's mom) - Juice Boxes

Napkins, Utensils, Serving Utensils - Jenny Gono (Olivia's Mom)

*** With peanut allergy: Kathryn (12 and under) and Sara Chang (13-15)
