Volunteers Needed for Friday Chocolate Station (12/13/2024)

Dear Parents,

I hope everyone is staying warm and healthy!

I need your help for the Friday Chocolate Station to keep our swimmers happy and warm during the chilly evening. Here are the available shifts:

1. 6:40–7:10 PM: Serve about 10 girls from the Novice and 10-and-under groups, plus coaches, to warm them up.

2. 7:10–7:40 PM: Serve the Intermediate group (around 10-16 swimmers).

3. 7:40–8:10 PM: Serve our largest group (25–30 swimmers) and help pack up.

   
   

We’ll also need:

• 5 large bottles of water (1 gallon each)

• Marshmallows

  
  

Your help will make a big difference in keeping the girls cozy and happy during this cold season. Please let me know if you can volunteer or contribute.
