If you know anyone that can give speed swim workouts or someone that was a gymnastic instructor/ballet or even a diving instructor that would want to learn the sport of Artistic Swimming please give them my email. I will take anyone that can coach those.

Practice sat

There is practice on Saturday from 9 to 11 at northwood if you want to come. I am looking for 8 people to continue choreography for Acro so I’ll ask for volunteers that day.

Optional Summer Practice

Just a reminder, Practices for summer are Mondays and Fridays 5:30 to 7:00pm Northwood most of the time. If there is a coach willing to stay until 7:30 then you can stay. Also we do have the pool on
