Right arm up on 1 then down on 3, let arm up on 4 and down on 6. Then hold 6 counts
Lay on side and count slow 8 counts
Feet in the center and kick 3 counts of 6’s then back tuck on 1.
Hold under water 2,3,4,5,6, 1,2,3,4,5,6 and jump on 1 no arms up then under on 3
Surface on 1 go on side on 4 back stroke on 1, pull down on 3
Scull 2 counts of 6’s then back tuck on 1 all the way around. Stretch out on 1 hold 2,3,4,5,6.
Right bent knee on 1 down 3, left bent knee bend 4, down 6. Hold 1,2,3,4,5,6
Back tuck on 1.
Jump no arms on 1 and under 3 then surface 1. Then splash. The counts switch to 8 counts.
Lay on side on 5, then on back on 1. Pike to do a blossom on 1 open on 5 close on 1 and under on 5.
Surface on 1, lay on side on 4 then on back on 1
Roll to a tuck (kipnus) on 1 and lift on 4. Then arm on 1 for ending.
