West Zones Planning

It's time to gather our West Zone Planning Committee. We need about 7 volunteers for this committee. Please send your names to me. I will be the Chair of the West Zone Planning Committee.

Some of the things we will be doing:

1. Find food donations to feed the judges breakfast and lunch.

2. Find a location to hold the West Zone banquet meeting.

3. Find a what we will be serving at the Banquet. Kids and Adults

4. Find Hotels and get discounts and post that as places they can stay.

5. Creating a Goody Bag and getting donations to put into this bag.

6. Someone needs to assist with the Finances to make sure we make a profit.

These are just some of the things we will need help with.

The competition is March 4th - March 7th and we are looking for 100% parent volunteers on the team so we can make this a successful competition.
