What an amazing time the girls had going to the Gym and also having Victor from the USA National team to help them with Lifts. The girls improved 100% from 1 day to the next. I am so proud of all the girls that went to this clinic in the gym and at the pool Sat and Sunday.
We also were so lucky that Andrea(Olympic Coach) came by and helped them a little on their lifts and had a camera that showed underwater and above water video. We have some pictures that will be posted of Andrea and her husband.
I'm also putting together a surprise for the team and parents, I'm so excited about it but... I can't say anything yet until I make sure I can work this out.
Again, Great job this weekend.
