Winter Practices

I had a few girls on the pool deck yesterday not getting in the water. If your daughter is not feeling well but they want to stretch and land drill, that is fine but please pick them up at 6:30pm.

It is very cold at Northwood. Monday was freezing and Wed wasn't much better. It was 54 degreess out there. If they are not getting in they can use that time to catch up on thier homework and stay warm.

Thanks coach Candy for your support and understanding every Mom’s worries. Teenage girls have a few days uncomfortable every month, they need to take a break , especially in the cold winter.
