Getting Sick?

There are a lot of swimmers getting sick right now. We need you to stay home if you have a sore throat or cough that just started. We leave in a week to go to AZ and we need everyone healthy.


I know it's not ideal and the coaches want the girls to be at practice and the girls want to be at practice but for the safety of the other swimmers, stay home please.


Intermediates please come to practice on Monday if you are not sick.


Please do not let your child come to AZ sick. Just let me know that they need to scratch the meet. We had 1 parent awhile back send their kid not feeling well and she had Pneumonia.
