Support Needed for MQI Fundraiser and Water Show!

Dear MQI Family:
Attached you will find a sponsorship request letter and flyer to help us reach out to potential sponsors for this year’s fundraiser. We are seeking donations in the form of checks (which are tax-deductible through our MQI club), gift cards, or raffle/game prizes.
Please start spreading the word to your friends, family, and neighbors, and share the water show flyer on social media to help us bring in more guests. This is a great opportunity to fundraise for our team, and all funds raised will go directly to supporting our girls.
Our Fundraising Coordinator this year is Angela Li. If you have any new or unused items at home that you’d like to donate for the fundraiser, please contact her at qiaomingli81@gmail.com.
We will be handling the raffle tickets the same way as last year. The price for each ticket will be $10, and each swimmer is required to sell at least 6 tickets. The swimmer who sells the most tickets will also win a prize! More details will be shared by Fan/ Team Moms soon.
Snack Bar Coordinator Amy will also be posting updates regarding snack bar needs. Please keep an eye out and support her efforts!
